Why is this a priority?

To protect University research from threats and meet compliance requirements​

How does this advance campus interests?

  • Developing comprehensive campus-regulated research data services to meet federal and state requirements, enhance desktop protection, and provide secure data enclaves and secure data transport
  • Efforts to streamline and standardize compliance and identify consulatition points within sponsored programs workstreams will establish support and technology frameworks that can be expanded as we better understand demand.

IT Operational Excellence

Why is this a priority?

To provide the most relevant, efficient, and responsibly resourced services that will enable the achievement of campus goals.

  • Expanded data collection and utilization will improve decision-making ability​

Why is this a priority?

To provide an IT strategic plan to leverage technology to enhance our research capabilities, improve our educational offerings, improve collaboration, and streamline administrative processes.

How does this advance campus interests?

By aligning our IT strategy with the university’s strategic plan we can drive innovation, improve efficiency, and provide a robust and secure technology environment that supports the diverse needs of our faculty, staff, and students
