Focus groups
Throughout September and October the IT strategic planning teams and consultants will meet with stakeholder focus groups to gather feedback to inform the development of the IT strategic plan. Additional focus groups will be identified and scheduled in the coming months. Initial focus groups concentrate on these areas:
- Academic leadership: Council of Deans
- Data stewards
- Faculty

- IT leadership
- Office of the Chancellor
- Office of the CIO cabinet

Survey
In early October, students, faculty and staff will be invited to provide their input and perspectives about our technology capabilities and services through a campuswide survey. The goal of the survey is to collect student, faculty, researcher, and staff perspectives on how IT services support the Illinois mission and the Boldy Illinois 2030 Strategic Framework, as well as how we meet current and future technology needs.
